Thermo-vacuum Oil Purification System is designed to remove solid particles, as well as gases and water by means of thermo-vacuum purification, from lubricant and electric isolation oils such as power transformer oil, high-voltage switch oil, mutual inductor oil, turbine oil whose viscosity at temperature does not exceed 70 cSt. This system is used for installation, maintenance and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment with capacity up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switchgear, turbines etc). It also recovers the oil color and removes acidity and vaccuumizes the equipment. The capacity of the system is per hour.
Thermo-vacuum Oil Purification System consists of oil heater, fine filter, oil pump, pre-filter, vacuum pump and vacuum drier, absorber, control cabinet, pipelines and valves.
